It was hard finding a case for my 2nd generation iPad, let me tell ya. I almost bought a new mini iPad air retina display just for the lack of a case for my perfectly functioning older one (just kidding). This is a fun, well designed, sturdy, and pretty case that won't disappoint you in the long run; you really get what you pay for with this one so don't go with the cheaper ones thinking it would be the same. It will last you a good amount of time and it is so pretty you won't feel ashamed to flash your older generation iPad, nor will you have to buy a newer one (just kidding, again!). Recommended!
